Job Description

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process

  • Handle room allocations, upgrades, and billing accurately

  • Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering for guest needs

  • Maintain accurate guest records and PMS entries

  • Handle cash, billing, and night audit support (if required)

  • Ensure lobby etiquette, grooming, and front desk presentation

  • Follow SOPs, safety, and data privacy standards
