Roles and Responsibilities
To generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the sales pipeline in the real estate sector, contributing to revenue growth and expansion of the company’s portfolio.

• Greet visitors/clients professionally, make them feel welcome
• Answer incoming calls/phones, screen them, direct or transfer to appropriate staff / agents
• Provide general information about available properties, services, locations; respond to basic queries
• Maintain the reception area to be clean, tidy and presentable at all times
• Schedule property viewings, meetings between clients and agents, inspections
• Confirm appointments, send reminders to clients/agents
• Ensure no scheduling conflicts, coordinate meeting rooms or virtual meeting links if needed
• Answer / respond to emails, messages, and client enquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Keep reception/ front lobby clean, organized, welcoming
• Ensure office common areas are tidy and supplies (stationery, refreshments if applicable) are maintained
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; further qualification in Business Administration, Office Management or related field is a plus or 10th pass
Prior experience (ideally 1‑2 years) in reception, front desk, customer service, or administrative roles — real estate experience preferred but not always mandatory
Excellent verbal & written communication skills; polite, professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with CRM or real estate software is a plus
Good data entry skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly, presentable, customer‑oriented demeanour; good interpersonal skills <br> – ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, vendors
Punctuality, reliability, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Number of calls / visitor inquiries handled per day
Appointment scheduling accuracy / number of viewings scheduled vs attended
Response time to client enquiries (calls / email)
