Purpose of Role:
- To provide customer service and administrative support at the front desk
Be an effective first point of contact for the customer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To stand and welcome customers & architects / interior designers / contractors to the store with a smile
- To collect visitor details and update CRM
- If they wish to meet any team members, promptly inform the concerned / escort them personally to the team member
- In case customers opt for waiting at the counter, to make them comfortable and offer water etc.
- In case of a new customer, in case customer willing, to take the customer on a store tour and depending on their requirement hand them over to the respective sales team members.
- Before the customer leaves the store, to request / convince them for a google review
- Whenever possible, to escort the customer till the exit
- To ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy and always smelling fresh
- To attend phone calls courteously and direct the calls to the right stakeholders
- To handover couriers to the respective team members. In case no name of addressee, to open the consignment and handover the document / content to the respective team member.
- Be well groomed and presentable at all times.
