Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. This role focuses on delivering a warm welcome, managing customer flow, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with the brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling
Greet and welcome customers professionally
Understand customer purpose and guide them to the right sales executive
Offer water/refreshments as per showroom standards
Maintain a polite, friendly, and presentable demeanor at all times
2. Front Desk Management
Manage reception desk and showroom entry flow
Handle walk-in customer entries and maintain visitor records
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic queries
3. Appointment & Coordination
Schedule appointments for premium/HNI customers
Coordinate with sales team for customer handling
Inform concerned staff about VIP customer arrivals
4. CRM & Data Entry
Capture customer details (name, contact number, occasion, etc.)
Maintain daily footfall data
Update customer database in CRM system
5. Showroom Support
Assist in managing waiting customers
Ensure reception area cleanliness and display readiness
Support marketing activities like coupon distribution, invitation handling
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, basic English)
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Customer service orientation
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry)
Ability to handle multiple customers calmly
