Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Handle front desk operations and manage visitor records

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain office cleanliness and reception area appearance

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers

  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services

  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

  • Maintain call records and update customer databases

  • Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for lead conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / 12th pass (depending on company requirement)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Prior experience in reception or telecalling preferred
