Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle front desk operations and manage visitor records
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain office cleanliness and reception area appearance
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update customer databases
Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for lead conversion
Graduate / 12th pass (depending on company requirement)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in reception or telecalling preferred
