Experience: 1-3 years (Healthcare/Ayurveda preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Attend front desk and warmly welcome all patients/clients

Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings

Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions with doctors and therapists

Maintain daily appointment schedules and follow-up reminders

Ensure front office cleanliness and client comfort

Coordinate with therapy team for smooth client flow

Manage basic billing and payment coordination

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred)

Polite, professional, and client-friendly attitude

Basic knowledge of Ayurveda therapies (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to handle front office software or appointment systems

Work Timing: 8.00 - 4.30, 12 - 8.30

Salary:  negotiable. start from 18000
