We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front office and provide excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Eligibility Criteria:
1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
Any basic degree or equivalent qualification.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle calls and visitors efficiently.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
