Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and professional receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Maintain visitor records and issue entry passes
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
Coordinate with different departments as required
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Presentable personality and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
