Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida (Near Pari Chowk Metro)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a pleasant, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk activities. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, calls, and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Manage incoming phone calls and maintain call logs

  • Handle visitor entries, appointments, and inquiries

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure cleanliness and organization

  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

  • Provide information about the company and guide visitors appropriately


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Pleasant personality and professional behavior

  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
