Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a receptionist located in Nongrim maw, laitumkhrah, Shillong. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients, handling clerical duties, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will also assist in maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties

Strong Clerical Skills

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in a similar role is a plus

Proficiency in languages - Hindi, English, state language i.e. Khasi
