  • Visitor Control: Maintaining security by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and managing security access.

  • Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, faxing, and copying documents; scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.

  • Mail and Deliveries: Sorting, distributing, and preparing mail or courier packages.

  • Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and managing office supplies inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
