We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, manage appointments, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
Maintain office records and filing systems
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
