Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and messages.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
