We are looking for a female receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate should be presentable, polite, and efficient in handling front office and administrative tasks.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
Handle visitor records and maintain entry logs.
Assist with basic administrative work like scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Coordinate with HR/Admin team for office-related requirements.
Manage courier, mail, and related tasks.
Female candidates only.
Minimum Qualification: PUC / Graduate.
Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive preferred (freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance with customer-friendly attitude.
