Job Description:
We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a pleasing personality, and the ability to multitask. Along with front desk responsibilities, the candidate will also be part of the sales support team to handle calls, follow-ups, and basic customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Maintain front office cleanliness and professional environment.
Handle daily correspondence and manage emails.
Support the sales team with calling, lead follow-ups, and customer coordination.
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and basic office records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or similar role.(Fresher Can Also Apply)
Mandatory fluency in English (spoken & written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, presentable, and customer-friendly.
