The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manages front-desk operations, handles calls and inquiries, and provides basic administrative support to ensure a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally

  • Schedule appointments and meetings

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

  • Maintain visitor records and manage mail/couriers

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Provide administrative support and assist with client coordination

  • Keep the reception and meeting areas organized

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma preferred

  • Prior receptionist or front office experience

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
