Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and warmth

• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes

• Handle front desk activities, including mail distribution and courier management

• Coordinate with internal departments for meeting arrangements and scheduling

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record maintenance

• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate

• Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
