Job Title: Lobby Executive (Receptionist)
Company: Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Dealership of Maruti Suzuki)
Location: Kanke Road, Ranchi
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (6 Days a Week)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.

• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned departments.

• Assist walk-in customers by guiding them to the appropriate sales or service advisors.

• Manage visitor logbooks, appointment scheduling, and customer waiting areas.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth communication and visitor handling.

• Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding showroom information, services, or personnel.

• Maintain daily customer visit reports and share updates with the management team.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

• Good command of Hindi and English (verbal & written)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
