Front Desk & Visitor Management

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Inform relevant staff of visitor arrivals.
Telephone & Communication
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
Manage emails and distribute messages to appropriate departments.
Administrative Support
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishments.
Customer Service
Provide support to clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Address basic issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Other Duties
Support various HR or administrative activities as assigned.
Follow company policies and confidentiality standards at all times.
