1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
2. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
3. Maintains security and telecommunications system.
4. Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
5. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
6. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
7. Operates telecommunication system by following instructions for house phone and console operation.
8. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
9. Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation, ordering stationary, AMC renewals, Vendor Management
10. Assisting the HR department in scheduling, coordinating and executing training and other office events
11. Helping the department heads as and when required
12. Liaisoning with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
13. Assisting Admin Executive Head in all day-to-day activities
14. Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities
15. Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc.
16. Handling telephone and e-mail enquiries.
17. Preparation of documents related to vendor registration.
18. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
19. Admin work as and when required.
Salary will be depends upon last drawn salary and interview.
