Job Description

Plots Bazar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and well-spoken Female Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally

  • Attend and transfer incoming phone calls

  • Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and couriers

  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments and team members

  • Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks

  • Maintain office records, documents, and daily reports

  • Provide accurate information about the company and its services

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate or above

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and email handling
