Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and prepare reports, letters, memos, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events (including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups).
Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital).
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Prepare expense reports, budgets, and other administrative documents.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Perform other duties as assigned to support executives.
