Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, ensure seamless administrative coordination, and create a positive first impression for visitors and employees

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk operations including calls, emails, and visitors

  • Greet and assist clients, candidates, and employees professionally

  • Maintain visitor records and follow security protocols

  • Manage courier, dispatch, and mail activities

  • Support office administration, vendor coordination, and supplies management

  • Assist HR/Admin team with day-to-day operations

  • Ensure reception area remains organized and presentable

  • Address basic employee queries and coordinate with HR when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2–6 years of experience in front office/reception/administration roles

  • Smart candidates with good spoken english preferred

  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
