Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Female Receptionist cum Data Entry Operator to manage front desk operations and handle basic data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk register

  • Perform data entry and maintain records in Excel/CRM

  • Manage office emails and correspondence

  • Assist in administrative and office coordination tasks

  • Maintain files, documents, and reports

Skills Required

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)

  • Communication skills (Hindi & English)

  • Basic typing speed

  • Professional behavior and presentable personality

  • Organizational and multitasking skills

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate should be punctual and disciplined
