Job Summary:

The Receptionist cum Warden is responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring the overall safety, comfort, and discipline of hostel guests. This is a dual-role that requires someone who is hospitable yet responsible, and can stay on-site if required.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly.

• Manage reservations via online and walk-in platforms.

• Respond to guest queries in-person, via phone, and email.

• Maintain guest records and daily reports.

• Provide local travel info, promote hostel events & experiences.

Warden Duties:

• Ensure rules, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

• Supervise guest behavior, especially during night hours.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams.

• Stay on-site (if required) for night duty and hostel supervision.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Male or Female candidates, preferably 22–30 years old.

• Prior experience in hospitality, hostels, or student housing is a plus.

• Basic in English and local language(s).

• Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

• Basic computer skills (emails, Excel, booking systems).

• Willing to stay on premises (if accommodation provided).
