We are looking for a polite and organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and should represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Maintain visitor entry register
Handle courier, emails, and front desk documentation
Schedule appointments and meetings
Support HR and admin tasks when required
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Graduate
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
