Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist / Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth communication, handling office coordination activities, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
•	Handle incoming calls, screen and redirect them to appropriate departments.
•	Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security and access protocols.
•	Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail, including proper documentation and tracking.
•	Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
•	Maintain movement registers for employees and materials, ensuring accurate recording and verification.
•	Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
•	Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with Purchase Department when required.
•	Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to front office operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
●	Education: Any Graduate (B. Com / BBA / BA or equivalent).
●	Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles. Prior experience in corporate or manufacturing environments will be an added advantage
