Job Description

We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities while maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. As part of an Ayurvedic company, a basic understanding or interest in Ayurveda will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure company security protocols are followed

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Provide basic information about the company and its Ayurvedic products to visitors or callers

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations

  • Support HR or Admin teams as required

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or Ayurveda are a plus

    • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language

    • Friendly, approachable personality with a customer-service mindset

    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

    • Knowledge of Ayurveda or interest in natural healthcare is an advantage
