Job Description:

We are hiring a Receptionist / Front Office Executive for our Overseas Education Consultancy. The role involves handling front desk operations, tele-calling, visitor management, office administration, and providing basic counselling support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in enquiries and manage visitors

  • Attend incoming and outgoing calls and follow-up calls

  • Maintain enquiry and student records

  • Provide basic counselling to students regarding overseas education services

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with counsellors

  • Perform day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

  • Assist in lead follow-ups and enquiry conversion

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

  • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

  • Good communication skills in English and local language

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

  • Pleasant personality and professional approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in education consultancy or front office

  • Tele-calling or customer handling experience

Working Days:

  • 6 days a week
