Mark Hospital and Trauma Centre is seeking a well-spoken, courteous, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This is a vital position responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism.

• Handle phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration.

• Maintain patient records and front desk documentation.

• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams.

• Ensure cleanliness and order at the front desk area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital management software preferred).

• Pleasant personality, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude.
