Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors/guests professionally, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct them to appropriate person, department, or waiting rooms
Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
Effectively handle customer feedback and complaints
Follow up reminder Calls/Emails
Adherence as per the SOPs
Handling Petty Cash.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Confidence and ability to interact with customers internally and externally.
Need to be customer focused.
Preferred Female Candidate from Hospitality or Real Estate Industry.
