The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at the dealership. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, welcoming guests, and providing support to various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent customer experience.
Greet and welcome customers/visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Manage visitor logbooks, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
Coordinate courier, mail, and other front desk-related activities.
Provide basic information about dealership services, products, and processes.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support HR/Administration in organizing customer engagement activities and events.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in front office/receptionist role (Automobile or service industry preferred).
