Job Summary
Cleanzit is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist who will manage the front desk, attend customers, handle orders, and coordinate with the laundry team to ensure smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
Receive laundry/dry-cleaning orders and create invoices/bills.
Maintain records of customer orders and delivery status.
Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
Inform customers about offers, services, and pricing.
Coordinate with delivery staff for pickup and delivery orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Manage cash, UPI payments, and daily billing reports.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, WhatsApp, Excel).
Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to manage multiple customers/orders.
