Receptionist – Meet Your Therapist

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday: Weekly off

About Meet Your Therapist

Meet Your Therapist (MYT) is a psychologist-led mental health and counselling centre based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We provide professional and accessible psychological support for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families through both in-person and online sessions.

We are looking for a warm, responsible and organised Receptionist/Front Desk Executive who can be the first point of contact for our clients and help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients visiting the clinic in a warm and professional manner.
Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and client queries.
Schedule, reschedule and confirm therapy appointments.
Coordinate with psychologists regarding their schedules and client appointments.
Maintain client records, appointment details and basic administrative documentation.
Handle session payments and maintain daily payment records.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, payments and registrations.
Coordinate online sessions and share meeting links when required.
Ensure the reception and common areas are organised and presentable.
Support the team with basic administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage.
Friendly, empathetic and approachable personality.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally.
Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
Prior experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, wellness centre or healthcare setting will be an added advantage.

Important Qualities

Since you will be interacting with individuals who may be seeking mental health support, empathy, patience, discretion and respectful communication are extremely important for this role.
