Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle courier, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
• Provide administrative support to HR/Admin departments as needed.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
• Presentable and well-organized.
• Prior front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
