Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – Job Profile

  • Welcome visitors and greet them politely in person or on the telephone.

  • Answer inquiries and provide necessary information to visitors and callers.

  • Guide visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.

  • Maintain visitor records, log book, and issue visitor badges as per security procedures.

  • Receive incoming calls and emails, take messages, and forward them to the concerned staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the reception area.

  • Assist in maintaining office infrastructure and basic administrative support.

  • Support the team by completing assigned tasks and contributing to smooth office operations.
