We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist (Female) to manage the front desk operations of our real estate firm. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle visitors, clients, and administrative tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW and graphic designing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business associates in a professional manner.

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a pleasant office environment.

  • Maintain office files, records, and documents along with visitor records and meeting schedules.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings with the sales team.

  • Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

  • Design brochures, flyers, banners, invitations, and social media creatives using CorelDRAW.

  • Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
