Job Description

We are seeking a trustworthy and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle basic office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls

  • Maintain visitor records and manage front desk activities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.)

  • Assist with ticketing and travel bookings when required

  • Perform basic internet research and data entry tasks

  • Maintain and update basic accounts and records

  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times

  • Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Trustworthy, reliable, and good-natured personality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Presentable and professional appearance
