Location: Goregaon East
Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month (In-Hand)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday Schedule: 2nd and 4th Saturday – Half Day

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, polite, and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide basic administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.

• Manage visitor entries and maintain records.

• Coordinate meetings and appointments.

• Handle basic data entry, documentation, and office administration.

• Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains organized.

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills may apply.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.

• Presentable personality with a polite and professional approach.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately.

Salary & Working Schedule

• Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month in-hand, depending on experience and suitability.

• Work Location: Goregaon East or Andheri East, Mumbai.

• Working Hours: As per company policy.

• Weekly Schedule: Monday to Saturday.

• 2nd and 4th Saturdays: Half Day.
