Job Description

  • Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and guests.

  • Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned person.

  • Manage visitor, courier, and front-desk records.

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and basic office requirements.

  • Support HR/Admin in daily office activities.

  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

  • Coordinate with different departments as required.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer.

  • Hindi & English communication required; Gujarati is an advantage.

  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed, punctual, and responsible.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
