Job Description:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Manage appointments, schedules.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, messages).

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

• Experience: 0 to 1 year

• Salary: 15000 to 20000 per month

• Location: Valasaravakkam

• Female Preferable

• Timing: 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM
