Position: Hostess

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Greet guests in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
Manage restaurant reservations and maintain the booking system.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with restaurant managers and service staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and waiting lists efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, walk-ins, and table availability.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Answer telephone calls professionally and assist with reservation bookings.
Communicate estimated waiting times to guests when required.
Assist in managing guest flow during peak dining hours.
Build positive relationships with guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain high grooming standards and a professional appearance at all times.
Support restaurant promotions, events, and special dining experiences.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Kannada speaking preferred.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations Executive in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality establishment.
Salary:
As per industry standards and experience.
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
