Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately
Maintain visitor entry register and issue visitor passes
Manage front desk, reception area, and meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, and mails
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Coordinate with Outsourcing team for office hygiene and day to day activities
Maintain office contact lists and employee directories
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of reception area
Support HR/Admin team with day-to-day tasks as required
