Job Summary
Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front office and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming environment while handling day-to-day front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
Manage visitor registrations and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, parcels, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Maintain attendance records and visitor logs.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
Assist in travel bookings, hotel reservations, and meeting arrangements when required.
Maintain office supplies and place purchase requests as needed.
Support HR and Administration with onboarding activities and employee documentation.
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
2nd puc
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.
Freshers with Basic communication skills may also be considered.
