Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information
Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries
Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with internal departments as required
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
