Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team in the furniture retail segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their furniture needs, preferences, and lifestyle
- Provide personalized product recommendations, showcasing features, benefits, and value proposition of our furniture products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share best practices, and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, furniture sales, or related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about furniture products, trends, and market insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to handle customer complaints, and provide solutions
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Fluency in English and local languages (Hindi, Telugu)
