We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the face and voice of our organization. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth front desk operations. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day office activities and maintaining an organized and professional work environment.
Greet and assist visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take messages when required.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and presentable condition.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate couriers and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed.
Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the company and its services.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
Graduates preferred with a background in hospitality or business administration (not mandatory).
Female candidates preferred.
