Excellent Finserv Private Limited is looking for a professional and well-spoken Receptionist to manage our front desk at our Noida office.
Job Details:
Position: Receptionist / Front Office Executive
Location: Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on experience)
Candidate Requirements:
Education: 10th Pass.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and basic computer tasks.
Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Good Command of Basic English.
Traits: Polite, well-presented, and capable of managing visitors and calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors at the front desk.
Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
Maintaining office attendance logs and basic documentation.
