Job Title: Receptionist / Back Office Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and welcoming Receptionist / Back Office Executive to join Excellent Finserv Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be the friendly face of our front desk while also handling essential daily administrative and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, answer and direct phone calls, and handle basic inquiries.
Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers, and maintain daily registers (visitor log, attendance, etc.).
Data & Record Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain filing systems (both physical and digital), and organize important documents.
Office Coordination: Keep the reception area tidy, monitor office supplies, and coordinate with vendors or order materials when needed.
Team Support: Assist management and other departments with basic daily operational and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Back Office Assistant (Freshers with good skills are welcome to apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and Email.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
