Key Responsibilities
Welcome walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner
Guide customers to the relevant sales executive / department
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
Maintain visitor register and customer footfall records
Coordinate appointments for showroom visits and product consultations
Share basic product category information (sofa, bed, dining, office furniture, etc.)
Support sales team by managing customer waiting and lead handover
Follow up with customer inquiries and appointment confirmations
Maintain reception desk, catalogues, brochures, and sample books
Coordinate courier, inward/outward documents, and vendor visitors
Assist accounts / billing team in directing customers for payment desk
Maintain showroom discipline, hospitality, and customer seating arrangements
Ensure front desk area is neat, presentable, and customer friendly
Report customer complaints or urgent service requests to concerned team
