Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner

  • Guide customers to the relevant sales executive / department

  • Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails

  • Maintain visitor register and customer footfall records

  • Coordinate appointments for showroom visits and product consultations

  • Share basic product category information (sofa, bed, dining, office furniture, etc.)

  • Support sales team by managing customer waiting and lead handover

  • Follow up with customer inquiries and appointment confirmations

  • Maintain reception desk, catalogues, brochures, and sample books

  • Coordinate courier, inward/outward documents, and vendor visitors

  • Assist accounts / billing team in directing customers for payment desk

  • Maintain showroom discipline, hospitality, and customer seating arrangements

  • Ensure front desk area is neat, presentable, and customer friendly

  • Report customer complaints or urgent service requests to concerned team
